Flashings are pre-formed sheet metal profiles that cover and seal the transitions between panels, building elements, and openings. We manufacture flashings from the same pre-painted steel as our panel facings, ensuring perfect color consistency.

One Color Across Every Component
Every metal accessory — flashings, gutters, downpipes, trims, and connection profiles — is manufactured from the same pre-painted galvanized steel stock as your sandwich panels. This guarantees exact color consistency across the entire building envelope.
How It Works
- Same Coil Source: Flashings and panels are cut from the same RAL-colored steel coil wherever possible, eliminating batch-to-batch color variation.
- Full RAL Range: Any RAL color available for panels is also available for accessories. No restrictions, no compromises.
- Coating Match: If your panels use polyester coating, your flashings use polyester. PVDF panels get PVDF flashings. The surface texture and gloss level match exactly.
- Color-Matched Fastener Caps: Even screw head caps are available in matching RAL colors for visible-fix installations where every detail counts.

Do I need to order accessories separately from panels?
No. We recommend ordering accessories together with your panels through a single quote request. This ensures color matching, coordinated delivery, and often better pricing. Simply include your accessory requirements (flashing types, quantities, gutter lengths) in your quote request form.
Are accessories included in the panel price?
Accessories are quoted separately from panels. Each project has different flashing, fastener, and gutter requirements depending on building geometry, openings, and site conditions. Our sales team provides a detailed accessory list and pricing as part of your project quotation.
Can you manufacture custom flashing profiles?
Yes. Our CNC folding machines can produce flashings in virtually any profile, angle, and dimension. Provide us with a drawing or sketch of the required profile, and we will manufacture it in your specified RAL color and material gauge. Minimum quantities may apply for highly custom profiles.
What fastener type should I use for my panels?
Fastener selection depends on panel type (facade, roof, cold room), fixing method (concealed, visible, through-fix), substrate (steel purlin, concrete, masonry), and environmental exposure. Our installation guides specify the correct fastener for each application. Contact our technical team if you need project-specific guidance.
Are stainless steel accessories available?
Yes. For coastal environments, food processing facilities, or any application where corrosion resistance is critical, we offer flashings, fasteners, and profiles in stainless steel (AISI 304 or AISI 316). Stainless steel accessories are quoted separately due to material cost differences.
Can I order accessories for panels I purchased elsewhere?
In principle, yes — provided you supply the panel profile dimensions and RAL color code so we can ensure compatibility. However, we recommend sourcing panels and accessories together for guaranteed color match and system compatibility.
