An insulated roof panel is a self-supporting sandwich panel that combines the weather skin, insulation and inner lining of a roof in a single element. Roof panel FAQ

How far can an insulated roof panel span?

A PUR roof panel spans up to 5000 mm between purlins depending on thickness and load — roughly 3000 mm at 40 mm up to 5000 mm at 120 mm in a single span under standard European loads. Send us your purlin layout and we’ll confirm the exact span.

What is the minimum roof pitch for sandwich roof panels?

5° is the recommended minimum for effective drainage. Below that, additional sealing details are required — ask our technical team.

Which core should I choose for a roof?

PUR is the standard for most industrial and logistics roofs. Choose PIR where enhanced fire reaction is required, Rockwool where a non-combustible A-class roof or acoustic performance is needed, and EPS for budget agricultural buildings.

Do you deliver roof panels across Europe?

Yes — from our factory in Kocaeli we ship to Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia, North Macedonia, Kosovo and beyond, duty-free, with documents and freight handled in-house.
