Where panelscome to life.
Step inside our manufacturing facility in Türkiye — 25,000 m² of precision-engineered space built around two fully automated lamination lines, integrated quality-control labs, and logistics infrastructure designed for international scale.
A facility built for performance.
Production halls, quality-control labs, raw-material storage, finished-goods warehousing and a dedicated logistics yard — all under one roof for seamless workflow and quality oversight.
One integrated complex.
From the moment raw steel coils arrive at the receiving bay to the second a finished panel is loaded onto an export truck, every operation happens inside a single, purpose-built facility. This vertical integration is the foundation of our consistent quality and reliable lead times.
The plant is laid out around a central production spine, with QC labs adjacent to the lines for immediate feedback, and dedicated zones for raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
Two lines. Every panel type.
Two fully automated lamination lines, each optimised for specific core technologies — together covering the full Real Panel range, from architectural facades to industrial cold rooms.
PUR & PIR Continuous Line
High-speed continuous lamination dedicated to polyurethane and polyisocyanurate cores. Engineered for facade, roof and cold-room panels with strong thermal performance and dimensional stability.
EPS & Rockwool Line
Versatile lamination system handling EPS and Rockwool cores — ideal for fire-rated facades, industrial buildings and projects with stringent acoustic or fire requirements.
From coil to completed panel.
Every Real Panel travels through five controlled stages — from raw-steel inspection to final palletising — each monitored by integrated sensors and verified by our QC team.
Coil receiving
Pre-painted galvanised steel coils inspected for thickness, coating and dimensional tolerance.
Profiling
Steel passes through roll-formers to create the structural ribs and tongue-and-groove edges.
Core injection
PUR/PIR foam injected between the steel facings; EPS or Rockwool placed and bonded.
Curing & cutting
Panels cure under controlled heat and pressure, then cut to length by automated flying saw.
QC & palletising
Final dimensional, thermal and adhesion checks. Approved panels stacked, wrapped, labelled.
Testing every batch, no exceptions.
Our in-house QC lab runs around the clock. Every production batch goes through dimensional, mechanical, thermal and fire-reaction tests before any panel can leave the facility.
Twelve checkpoints. Zero compromises.
From raw-material inspection to the final palletising station, our protocol includes twelve discrete checkpoints. Each is documented and signed off — and any deviation halts the line until it is resolved.
The lab is equipped to perform the primary tests required under EN 14509, the European standard for self-supporting double-skin metal-faced insulating sandwich panels.
European machinery, industrial precision.
Our investment in proven European production technology is the engine behind Real Panel's consistent quality — every key system specified for accuracy, repeatability and uptime.
Continuous Lamination
European-built lamination presses with integrated thermal control, ensuring uniform core density across every panel.
Precision Roll-Forming
Multi-stage roll-formers create exact rib profiles and tongue-and-groove joints, with online tolerance monitoring.
Automated Flying Saw
Synchronised cutting at line speed delivers panels to spec — every length, every time, with no downtime stops.
PLC-Controlled Mixing
Computer-controlled PUR/PIR chemical mixing maintains exact ratios for consistent foam density and thermal performance.
Automated Stacking
Robotic palletisers stack panels with consistent orientation and spacing, ready for shrink-wrapping and dispatch.
Integrated SCADA
Real-time line monitoring and data logging — every parameter recorded for traceability and continuous improvement.
Storage that scales with your order.
Our covered warehouse and outdoor staging yards are sized for export operations — holding multiple truck-loads of finished panels, all protected, organised and ready for dispatch.
Built for export volume.
Our 8,500 m² of warehousing and staging space is engineered around the realities of international shipping. Finished panels are stored on dedicated racks with full traceability, and our loading bays can dispatch up to 12 trucks per day.
Every shipment is wrapped, labelled and inventoried before it leaves — with photographic documentation forwarded to the client's logistics team for full transparency.
Producing more, using less.
Energy efficiency isn't only what our panels deliver — it's how we make them. The facility is engineered to reduce waste, recover energy and minimise environmental footprint across every operation.
See it for yourself.
Numbers and diagrams tell part of the story — a facility tour tells the rest. We welcome prospective partners, architects and contractors to visit our plant in person.
