CE Marking — EN 14509
CE marking is the most important certificate for any construction project. It demonstrates that our sandwich panels conform to the harmonized European standard EN 14509 — covering thermal performance, mechanical strength, fire reaction, dimensional tolerances and durability.
CE marking on Real Panel products means:
- Thermal values are verified — the lambda value on the label is confirmed by accredited testing, not a manufacturer claim.
- Structural performance is documented — load-bearing capacity, compressive and flexural strength declared per EN standards.
- Fire classification is tested — the Euroclass reaction-to-fire rating is determined by an accredited laboratory.
- Dimensions are controlled — thickness, width, length and squareness tolerances meet EN 14509.
- Durability is assessed — aging behavior and long-term performance stability are evaluated.
CE marking is legally required for construction products in the EU and is accepted as proof of conformity across all our export markets. Our CE documentation is formatted for direct submission to building authorities in Türkiye, Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia, North Macedonia and Kosovo.
ISO 9001 — Quality Management
Our ISO 9001 certification confirms a quality management system meeting international standards — independently audited every year and covering design, raw-material procurement, manufacturing, testing, packaging and delivery.
It demonstrates systemic quality: not just that individual panels pass tests, but that the whole organization is structured to produce consistent quality. Our quality policy details the six principles behind it.
EN 13501-1 — Fire Classification Reports
Fire test reports are among the most frequently requested certificates, especially for commercial, multi-storey and public buildings. Every core material is tested to EN 13501-1 by accredited fire-testing laboratories:

Declaration of Performance (DoP)
The Declaration of Performance is a legal document required under the EU Construction Products Regulation (CPR 305/2011). Each Real Panel product has a DoP declaring its essential characteristics:
- Thermal conductivity (lambda) — declared value per EN 12667.
- Reaction to fire — Euroclass per EN 13501-1.
- Compressive strength — declared value per EN 826.
- Tensile / adhesion strength — core-to-facing bond per EN 14509.
- Water vapor permeability — declared per EN 12086.
- Dimensional tolerances — per EN 14509.
A DoP accompanies every CE-marked product — the formal link between the panel and its tested, certified performance values.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)
For PUR and PIR products, Material Safety Data Sheets document the chemical components used in foam production. MSDS are needed for workplace-safety compliance, environmental assessments and transport documentation, and are available on request for all chemical-containing products.
Steel & Coating Certificates
Our certificates extend to the raw materials inside every panel:
- Steel mill certificates — grade, mechanical properties and chemical composition of the steel substrate, traceable to the producing mill.
- Coating certificates — coating type (polyester, PVDF, plastisol, stainless), thickness, adhesion results and RAL color specification.
- Galvanizing certificates — zinc coating weight (g/m²) and uniformity, the primary corrosion-protection layer.

Using Certificates for Building Permits
Real Panel certificates are formatted for direct use in building-permit applications. Here is how they apply in each of our markets:
Türkiye
CE marking and the DoP satisfy Turkish building-material regulations (Yapı Malzemeleri Yönetmeliği). Fire test reports support fire-safety (itfaiye) approval. Our team prepares Türkiye-specific documentation packages.
Romania
CE marking per EN 14509 is directly accepted under Romanian construction-product regulations. Fire reports satisfy ISU requirements; thermal declarations support Normativ C107 compliance. See Romania export details.
Bulgaria
CE documentation meets Bulgarian construction-product requirements. EN 13501-1 fire reports support Ordinance 7 fire-safety compliance.
Georgia
CE marking is accepted by Georgian construction authorities. As Georgia aligns with European standards, CE-certified products are increasingly specified by international developers.
North Macedonia & Kosovo
CE marking is accepted for building-permit applications in both markets, supporting their EU-accession-aligned construction standards. We prepare the documentation set each market expects in advance.
