Every company has a story. Real Panel's is one of ambition, engineering precision and steady growth — from a single production line in Kocaeli to a trusted sandwich panel manufacturer serving five export markets across South-East Europe and the Caucasus. This is how we got here.
A sandwich panel manufacturer born in Türkiye
Real Panel was founded in 2018 in Kocaeli, Türkiye, with a straightforward goal: to produce high-quality insulated sandwich panels that could match European manufacturers on performance, while offering the cost advantages of local production.
From the outset, we saw that construction across Türkiye and its neighbouring regions was changing. Builders needed faster construction methods, better thermal insulation and materials that met increasingly strict fire-safety and energy-efficiency regulations. Sandwich panels were the answer — and we set out to become the supplier the market could rely on.
Our founders brought together expertise in steel processing, polymer chemistry and building engineering to create a company that understood the full value chain — from raw-material procurement to on-site installation.

Foundation
Real Panel is founded in Kocaeli, Türkiye, with a single polyurethane line and a clear goal: insulated sandwich panels that match European performance with the cost advantage of local manufacturing. Quality testing is built in from the very first panel.
First continuous lamination line
We commission our first fully automated continuous lamination line, lifting capacity and dimensional consistency across every thickness — and enabling larger project orders with shorter lead times.
CE marking & EN 14509
The full panel range earns CE marking, independently tested and certified to EN 14509 for thermal performance, reaction to fire and mechanical strength — opening the door to European export.
First export — Romania
Our first international shipment leaves for Romania: insulated facade and roof panels for an industrial park near Bucharest — beginning the shift from domestic manufacturer to regional exporter.
ISO 9001 certification
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001, formalising the inspection and testing procedures we'd followed from day one and strengthening trust with international clients.
Bulgaria & Georgia — and the full core range
Export operations expand to Bulgaria and Georgia, while the portfolio broadens to PIR, EPS and Rockwool cores — making Real Panel a one-stop supplier for any building envelope.
North Macedonia & Kosovo
Real Panel enters the North Macedonian and Kosovar markets, completing our presence across five key export territories with established logistics and documentation for reliable cross-border delivery.
Second line & digital tools
A second continuous line lifts the factory footprint to 25,000 m² and doubles annual output; new digital tools — a panel selector, U-value calculator and project map — make specification easier for every client.
Today — and what's next
Real Panel now produces over 2 million m² of insulated panels a year across five export markets — and keeps growing, with new territories and products on the way.
