Cold Room Panels
Cold Room Panels
Insulated cold room, cold storage and freezer panels with cam-lock joints and food-grade hygienic surfaces — for temperatures from +15 °C down to −40 °C. Manufactured in Türkiye, delivered across Europe and the Caucasus.
A cold room panel (also called a cold storage panel or freezer panel) is an insulated sandwich panel engineered for temperature-controlled enclosures. Real Panel manufactures the complete range — PUR, PIR, EPS and non-combustible Rockwool cores — with airtight cam-lock joints, food-grade steel or stainless facings, and thicknesses from 60 to 200 mm to hold any temperature from chilled storage to blast freezing.

Cold room panel FAQ
What thickness of cold room panel do I need for a freezer?
For frozen storage (−18 to −25 °C) specify 120–180 mm; for blast/deep freeze (−25 to −40 °C) use 180–200 mm. Chilled rooms (0 to +4 °C) work with 60–100 mm. The exact figure depends on the core: rockwool needs more thickness than PUR for the same U-value.
What is the difference between a cold room panel and a freezer panel?
They are the same product family — an insulated cam-lock sandwich panel. “Freezer panel” simply refers to the thicker versions (120–200 mm) used for sub-zero storage, while “cold storage panel” and “cold room panel” cover the full chilled-to-frozen range.
Are the panels food-grade and HACCP compatible?
Yes. Standard facings are food-grade white polyester steel; stainless steel (AISI 304/316) and coved (rounded) corners are available for food processing and pharmaceutical environments. All panels are HACCP compatible and CE marked.
Do you export cold room panels from Türkiye?
Yes — we deliver to Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia, North Macedonia, Kosovo and beyond, duty-free under Türkiye’s trade agreements, with all documents and logistics handled in-house.
