A quality system you can verify — not a claim you have to trust.
Six principles govern every Real Panel production run, domestic or export. From incoming steel to the final batch test, performance is controlled, measured and documented — so the panel on your building behaves exactly like the panel on the datasheet.
Our Six Quality Principles
The Real Panel quality policy is defined by six principles that apply to every production run, every product type and every order — whether it ships to a site in Türkiye or crosses a border into Europe or the Caucasus. Together they form one continuous line, from the raw steel coil to the documented panel that leaves our yard.
Incoming Material Control
Quality begins before manufacturing. Every raw material entering the factory is inspected and verified against supplier certificates and our own standards:
- Steel coils — coating type, thickness, adhesion, color (RAL) and surface condition checked against mill certificates. Every coil is traceable to its steel mill of origin.
- Chemical components (PUR / PIR) — polyol and isocyanate batches tested for viscosity, reactivity and density. Chemistry decides foam quality, and therefore thermal performance.
- EPS blocks — density, dimensional accuracy and bead-fusion quality inspected per delivery.
- Rockwool slabs — density, fiber orientation and dimensional tolerance verified.
- Accessories — EPDM gaskets, cam-lock mechanisms and sealants inspected for specification compliance.
Material that fails inspection is quarantined and returned. There is no "close enough" — only material that meets specification reaches the line.
Process Control Through Automation
Our continuous line is computer-controlled at every critical stage. For the variables that decide panel performance, we rely on automated control rather than operator judgment:
- Foam injection — chemical ratio, temperature and volume controlled to ±0.5%, for consistent foam density and a consistent lambda value in every panel.
- Lamination pressure — the double-belt press applies uniform pressure across the full width; sensors monitor continuously and flag any deviation.
- Curing temperature — the oven profile is tuned to each core material. PUR and PIR follow different curing curves, and the system adjusts automatically when products change.
- Line speed — synchronized across all stations, because speed affects foam expansion, curing and bonding. It is never adjusted by hand mid-run.
By removing human variability from critical parameters, panel #1 in a run is identical to panel #1,000.
Continuous In-Line Testing
Quality is monitored during production, not just inspected afterward:
- Thickness — laser sensors measure the moving panel continuously; deviations trigger immediate adjustment.
- Surface — visual and sensor inspection catches coating defects, dents or contamination in real time.
- Foam rise (PUR / PIR) — expansion rate is tracked to confirm the correct chemical reaction. Abnormal patterns stop the line for investigation.
Final Product Verification
Before any panel is packaged for dispatch, it is batch-tested against European standards:
| Test | What it verifies | Standard |
|---|---|---|
| Thickness | Declared mm ± tolerance | EN 14509 |
| Peel / adhesion | Core-to-facing bond strength | EN 14509 |
| Density | Foam density = declared value | EN 14509 |
| Lambda (thermal) | Thermal conductivity = declared λ | EN 12667 |
| Compressive strength | Load-bearing capacity | EN 826 |
| Dimensional accuracy | Length, width, squareness | EN 14509 |
| Fire classification | Euroclass rating confirmed | EN 13501-1 |
Results are documented and archived, and test certificates accompany every shipment.
Traceability — Every Panel Has a History
Full production traceability sits behind every panel we make:
- Coil — traceable to the specific steel coil, including mill, coating applicator and inspection results.
- Chemical batch — PUR / PIR panels traceable to the exact chemical batch used in production.
- Production data — line speed, pressure, temperature and chemical ratios logged with timestamps for every run.
- Test results — batch test data linked to the production-run record.
If a question ever arises on a project — even years later — we can retrieve the complete production history for any panel. That long-term confidence matters to building owners and their insurers.
Continuous Improvement
The quality policy is not static. Our ISO 9001 management system keeps it moving forward:
- Annual objectives — measurable targets for defect reduction, process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Internal audits — regular checks that quality procedures are followed consistently.
- Corrective action — root-cause analysis drives permanent fixes, not temporary workarounds.
- Management review — senior management reviews performance data and directs resources to priorities.
- Customer feedback — input from contractors and building owners feeds the improvement plan.
9001 QUALITY MGMT
Quality Management System — ISO 9001
Our quality policy is formalized in an ISO 9001 certified quality management system — the international standard for consistently meeting customer and regulatory requirements. Certification covers the full scope of sandwich panel design, manufacturing, testing and delivery, and is independently audited every year.
Downloadable copies of current certifications are on our certificates page. For project-specific quality documentation, contact our team.
What This Means On Site
The quality policy is not an internal document — it translates into concrete advantages on your project:
Declared = delivered
The lambda value on the datasheet is the lambda value in the panel on your building. No optimistic lab figures that production can't repeat.
CE confidence
CE marking on every panel is backed by continuous testing, not a single initial type test — a statement of ongoing manufacturing quality.
Building-permit support
CE certificates, fire test reports and performance declarations ship with every order. No delays waiting on paperwork.
Long-term performance
Controlled conditions and verified materials mean panels hold their performance for the full building lifecycle — 25–30+ years.
One standard, every market
The same quality system serves Türkiye, Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia, North Macedonia and Kosovo. There is no "export grade" versus "domestic grade" — every panel is manufactured on the same line, tested to the same standards and certified with the same documentation. Export panels simply receive enhanced packaging for longer transport.
Frequently Asked Questions
What quality certifications does Real Panel hold?
Real Panel holds ISO 9001 quality-management certification, CE marking for all products under EN 14509, and EN 13501-1 fire-classification test reports for every core-material variant. All certifications are current and independently audited, and are downloadable from our certificates page.
How does Real Panel keep panel quality consistent?
Through automated continuous-line control (computer-managed chemical ratios, pressure, temperature and speed), incoming inspection of every raw-material batch, continuous in-line monitoring during production, and final batch testing before dispatch. The six principles above remove human variability from the parameters that decide performance.
Can I get quality documentation for my building permit?
Yes. Every order ships with CE certificates, performance declarations and fire test reports. For export projects in Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia, North Macedonia and Kosovo, the documentation package is formatted for building-permit applications in each market. Just request documentation.
Is there a quality difference between domestic and export panels?
No. One quality standard applies to every panel regardless of destination. Panels for a domestic project in Türkiye and panels for an export project in Romania are made on the same line, tested to the same standards and certified identically. Export panels receive enhanced packaging for longer transport, but the product quality is the same.
How can I verify these quality claims?
Visit the factory — we welcome factory tours. Review our independently audited certificates and test reports, or request a sample panel for your own independent testing. The quality policy is a verifiable manufacturing system, not a marketing statement.
